All sales with The Girls Who Ball are final. Each ticket, membership, and product is created exclusively for our communityand requires advance commitments on venues, partners, and logistics.

Event Tickets

• All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If an event is canceled or rescheduled by TGWB, guests will receive a full refund for the amount paid.
• We are unable to issue refunds for no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances outside TGWB’s control.

Merchandise

• Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items reported within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• TGWB reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Memberships & Subscriptions

• Membership purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please reference the next point for further information.
• Memberships are annual (12 months from the first date of Membership) and are billed on a monthly basis.  As a Member, you will be eligible to purchase and/or register for tickets to ticketed sporting  events and other TGWB events.  You will also receive notifications about merchandise drops, you may from time to time be eligible for discounts from TGWB partners and/or affiliates, you will be free to use our Members communication service and attend membership social events.  No refunds will be issued for Memberships.  Memberships are not cancellable as a general rule.  However, if you move away from the Los Angeles metro area to a city where TGWB does not operate, or if you have a significant life event like illness or a family emergency that makes it unduly burdensome for you to participate in TGWB club activities, please contact us at orders@thegirlswhoball.com to discuss your options regarding your Membership obligations.  

• Benefits, early access, and member perks activate immediately upon purchase and cannot be reversed once granted.
