Chicago-born and game-day-raised, Kate Kauffold grew up with a deep love for the Bears, Bulls, and Cubs - the kind of loyalty that runs on tradition, teamwork, and maybe a little heartbreak. A dedicated athlete for over 12 years in basketball and soccer, Kate knows the grit, camaraderie, and confidence that come from competition. After tearing her meniscus, her playing days ended, but her love for the game never did.
Now based in Los Angeles, Kate channels that same drive into everything she does. By day, she is an Account Manager, leading with strategy, creativity, and precision. By night (and most weekends), she is the powerhouse founder behind The Girls Who Ball, a community built for women who love sports, style, and connection.
With her Type A, planner-friend energy and eye for detail, Kate has turned her passion into a movement, curating luxe suites, glam tailgates, and unforgettable watch parties, along with wellness, fitness, and lifestyle events that bring women together both on and off the field across the country.
